	My friend got me into the stuff...pilates.
	O.K. I must confess I didn't have high hopes when we ordered the videos. I didn't like pilates, because my friend took me to a studio where we used to live and I hated it. Sweaty people all around...bluc! Anyway some friends, I met on the internet, sell health and beauty stuff and carried several pilates videos. We picked the windsor pilates video system because it comes from a company that has other things we have bought and I have been very happy with - has to do with acne (see my product links) .
	Over the past few months we have worked out at home together, well when we can. Sometime sitting on the computer emailing, i.m.'ing and just surfing can cause your body to get a little wider then it once was :-). I have found lately I do not get out to do fun exercise type stuff as much as I did with my old freinds..so I have to supliment...by working out. What I once dreaded, I know look forward to. The winsor pilates video tapes have let me work out when ever I want and I get to do it at home...yea!
